Or looking for a new one that looks a bit like it.
But I would first try the Upgrade process on the local PC using Wamp server or similar
And make sure in advance that the site is the latest versions of Joomla 3.10.12. and Kunena Version 5.2.14.
And then follow these steps

The css and script files for bootstrap 2, which were available in Joomla 3.x (media/jui), no longer exist in Joomla 4.x.
To completely rewrite your template for Joomla 4.x and Kunena 6.x requires more than a few changes and I'm afraid that no one will do this work for free.
There is a template similar to Kneat, but it is not free either, but it would still be cheaper than many hours or days of work.
