Question About Crypsis template and Login user module

Hi,
I'd like to know where the basic template take css information about the login/user menu module becouse it's different from my CB Login Module I've set on the left column of my template, but use/ask to user the same information.

I'd like modify the way of showing "user" - "password" - "secret key" field, couse they are going out from the max width of the module, moreover I wont show, after login, the "online", "away" and so on like other buttons of template, but just with image and text (actually the buttons of my template have a border, I don't want show it on these voices).

At the end I'd like to modify the voices of user menu of template... After the user status I want show certain voices (like "status text") but not other (like "messages")

Where are the files or configuration tab to modify all these things?
