New Topic menu.

When you select this menu on the page I have two strips of bread crumbs. One of Joomla, second in the Kunena forum - this is OK.

Now:

I would try disabling Joomla SEF or learn how to set it up properly - see Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) in the Wiki - first. I would also disable the two Kunena add-ons you're using because they won't work!
