Because we do not have access to your site (because the site is not on the internet) it's not easy for us to understand why you do not see the subscribe options. Perhaps, it's something to do with the Rockettheme template that you're using. What happens if you uninstall the Rockettheme template and any plugins/modules that came with it?

I think we must change the text: we have now 1)Categories subscriptions and 2) Subscriptions.
