Solved How to duplicate Blue Eagle, rename it to 'whatever' and edit that only?

As per the title, what is the correct way to duplicate and rename a copy of the Blue Eagle template. The idea here is to then enable us to edit the renamed template and not change the default template. This also enables us to check features work in our edited template vs how they work in the default template, i.e. is it a template error or not?

Cheers
