Kunena 7.0.11 & Kunena 6.4.16 – Security Updates Released and K7.1 in RC1 2

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of three simultaneous security release : K6.4.16, K7.0.11 and K7.1 RC2. Just a reminder K6.4.16 receives only securities fixes untill end of 2026, so it's advised for users to upgrade to K7.0.11. K7.0.11 is the last release of the K7.0 because it's replaced by K7.1 branch with the stable release in the corner. The translations for K7.1 on crowdin.com/project/kunena-forum-7-1 needs to be checked or improved becasue it has been generated by TM (Translation Machine).

Topics that are moved into this category are generally considered to be closed. Users may want to add additional information but these topics should not be resurrected in order to discuss new problems or unrelated matters.

I can confirm that this is an issue that will not be addressed in K 2.0 because, in our opinion, this is not something that requires "fixing".

Sorry sozzled, my previous message was to xillibit who agrees with me and who is a kunena developer (as I can see bellow his avatar).

So, I ask again to some kunena developer to confirm if this issue are going to be addressed or not.

And sozzled, I would like to know why you think that the HTTP response code is not important.

It is not me who "thinks: this. My understanding of what xillibit wrote is that the Kunena team believes tat, from an SEO perspective, the current situation is not entirely appropriate. Although we're sympathetic to the situation, the matter will not be addressed in K 2.0.

Yes, this is indeed a known issue in Kunena and currently there's no fix for it. It's also unlikely that it will be fixed for the 2.0.4 version as we're already testing the release and I'm not much around before new year.

Ok, I understand.

I forgot that K2.0 is near to end of life and K3.0 is very close ( www.kunena.org/blog/110-kunena-roadmap-2012 ).
