Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Hello. My name is Mike and i own a joomla website that has a kunema forum. It's mainly a forum for those that like fish tanks, fish and all kinds of stuff like this. There is a problem when a member tries to upload a photo the whole text of his post does not appear once he has pressed and posted the article.

For example if i write an article and post it, it will appear correctly. If i edit it and upload/attach a photo problems will occur. The text doesn't appear while the photo does, or nothing appears at all when i reposted the article. Everything is up to date, no server problems, i can't seem to figure out how to fix this.

Can someone please help me sort this problem out?

G'day, Mike, and welcome to Kunena.

Please read Please read this first printed at the top of this page. If you are reporting a defect, please post your configuration report so that we know what version(s) of software you are using.

We get many questions from people who have problems with image attachments. These problems could be caused by several things. I do not think that there is a defect in Kunena but I cannot be sure without more information, please.
