Solved discuss plugin doesnt work

Really strange,
looks like something is went wrong in installation with kunenadiscuss.xml file.

Try to reinstall plugin.

Where does this come from, if it doesn't come from the article itself?

I also have the same problem - have followed every instructions possible but i get the fllowing debug errors

have run out of ideas... any help?

just installed joomla 2.5 and kunena 2.0.1 for testing purposes only - and same errors displayed during debug - check nextdime.net/networks/ to see all errors displayed

Is the plugin faulty?

is there a replacement component / module / pluging that could perform such tasks?

In other words, do you have a line in your Joomla article that looks like this:
If the Kunena Discuss plugin was faulty then the website here at www.kunena.org would look the same as yours. Therefore your question, "is there a replacement component / module / plugin that could perform such tasks?" is impossible for me to answer. Evidently you are doing something different on your site to what we're doing here. I'm trying to find out what you've done.

These are the basic settings that I would use on my own website:

Limit Posts = 5
Post Order = Latest Posts
Show on Front Page = Posts
Show on Blog Pages = Posts
Show on Other Pages = Posts
Enable Quick Reply = Yes
Quick Reply Location = After Posts
Allow Custom Topics = Yes
Create Topic on = First Visit
Topic Must Start Within = 1 Month
Topic is Closed After = 1 Month
Close Time Counted from = Topic Creation
Content in First Post = Default
Topic Owner
Category Mapping
Default Forum Category = 2
Allowed Content Categories = 0
Denied Content Categories
Show Debug Information = No
Debug User IDs

In other words, do you have a line in your Joomla article that looks like this:

{kunena_discuss:#}

I have no such line.

Plugin settings attached.

I use Jcomments. Could this be a problem. I also migrated kunena forum from joomla 1.5. I made this with following steps:

• Upgraded old joomla with kunena to 2.5
• Upgraded kunena
• Migrated kunena tables to a new site

Everything on forum worked fine till now. I dont thing this could be the reason.
