Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Hi everyone !!
Just dowloaded for the first time Kuena v2.0.4
Im running Joomla 2.5.8, using Xampp

I have tried now on several occasion to install with the same error

1146 - An error has occurred.
Table 'loa.loa_loa_kunena_version' doesn't exist SQL=SHOW COLUMNS FROM `Loa_loa_kunena_version`

I have gone in via phpmyadmin, dropped alll tables with loa.kuenena* and tried a fresh install.
Funny thing is my database name is loa.* but the error has loa.loa_loa_kuena_version ???
I checked schema and see a table called loa_kunena_version.

Any help with this ?? I really keen on getting a forum enabled for my site.

Hello kroll,

I would suggest making sure your Joomla install Database table prefix is set correctly. Please look at your Joomla configuration.php file. This double prefix has me concerned "Loa_loa_"

Also note using XAMPP things might not be configured correctly.
