Kunena 6.4.7 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.7[K 6.4.7] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4
Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

Hello,

I'm trying to work with Joomla and i can't install Kunena, i looked to permissions and every folder appear as NOT WRITEABLE, but permissions are set to 755 (will be writable to 777 but i dont want to take the risk). Safe mode is off i checked on plesk and Joomla.

What can i do?

Edit:

If i change permissions to 777 will try to install but fail as seems like will create folders and files with APACHE as owner

Hi,

I you tried to install on your server but there are bug, i have a bad solution for you.

1. Export your site to local.
2. Install the Kunena forum on your local.
3. Upload to your server again.

I think, it work fine.
