I'm having this issue too on the latest version of Kunena. I've read through the links already provided and double checked all settings, deleted, trashed and recreated the menu items but to no avail.

The issue arises when a registered member logs in using the Kunena Login Module (v2.0.3), the login is rejected but the user successfully logs in on the next attempt without issue.

I'm convinced I am missing something simple but for the life of me I cannot find what. It's only started recently so I suspect something I've added during the development of the site has caused the issue, problem is I cant pinpoint what that could be either. Sorry!!

I'd be grateful for any help you can provide and appreciate this is a talked to death topic which no doubt drives you nuts when another request for help comes up.
