Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

K 2.0 support will cease on 31 August 2013 and this section of the forum will be closed and archived after that time and no further questions will be answered about this version.

I have noticed something after the update to K 2.0.3 and i dont know if it is something from Config panel or something else.

When someone posts a reply lets say on page 10 after the post is made the forum jumps to the first post on page 1.

Is this something that can modified from kunena control panel?

I'm not sure I know how to advise you on this question. It may have to do with personal preferences. Are you using first-post-last? Are you using threaded view? I have not seen this issue before here at K.org, have you?

Im using oldest post first. I have looked over all the Control Panel Settings and havent found something that could do this.

Can you tell me if the reply button is controlled by the Kunena template? i want to compare my files with the ones from the installer and see if there something missing.

Well ... yes and no and maybe ... That's a very broad question. Yes, how the reply button is displayed is controlled by the template and, no, the action that is performed when someone clicks the reply button is controlled outside the template and, maybe, this is relevant and maybe it's not relevant. Why do you ask? Have you been tinkering around with the source code or are you using a Kunena template that wasn't developed by the Kunena project team?

One way that we can cut clear some of the mystery, in your case, is if we could see your configuration report, perhaps, please? ;)
