Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.
The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.
If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your
configuration report
when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

There are many different ways that people can use Kunena. Every one of us has our own different opinions how to make these things work. FYI I don't rely on email subscriptions in my role here at this website. The fact that is that I get a frustratingly large number of emails every day and I really don't have enough time to read all of them.

You have to login to the forum, anyway, if you want to reply to something posted on the forum. Does it really matter? I guess, if your forum is not being used for engaging others to contribute (e.g. a kind of community notice board) then I could see how it might be useful if you merely turn Kunena into a system that grinds out emails whenever people post into categories on your forum.MarioMari wrote: This is not the best solution because it forces you to each time you click on the link, log in to the forum.
