Kunena 7.0.6 & Kunena 6.4.12 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.6 [K 7.0.6] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the twelfth version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

K 2.0 support will cease on 31 August 2013 and this section of the forum will be closed and archived after that time and no further questions will be answered about this version.

Hello, i'm new here... I had kunena long time ago, but this new version is so Complicated now.
I have few questions:

Can i change default kunena page to index? If i can, how?
Can i add YouTube BB Code? If i can, how?

Hi

1) Go to menu- kunenamenu, click on forum. change the default menu-item to index and click on save
2) You can paste the url or you can click on video bbcode icon select at provider youtube and set the id, then click on insert video.

I know that, but i want to set index to default page when i click on Menu forum... not default home page

yeah, please open forum item. Then you see the option on the right. Select index. And click on save.

I opened options, but i see options for user's groups, there's nothing for index
