Kunena 7.0.6 & Kunena 6.4.12 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.6 [K 7.0.6] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the twelfth version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

K 2.0 support will cease on 31 August 2013 and this section of the forum will be closed and archived after that time and no further questions will be answered about this version.

Hi,

I'm using Kunena 2.01 on my Joomla site and I have the "Powered By Kunena Forum" links in the footer and the credits page with the Kunena contributor links. But I was wondering if I can add rel="nofollow" to the Powered By Kunena Forum link in the footer?

This way it would help keep any page rank on my forum pages but still gives credit to the contributors/authors of Kunena.

Let me know if this is allowed and where I need to edit to add the rel="nofollow".

Thank you.
