Solved Rank Manager not working

I recently paid to migrate j15 and older kunena to j25 and kunena 2.0.4.
I run a chili pepper forum and my "rankings" were images of hot peppers. The more post the more peppers that showed up.

Now, none of the images show up..just the colored blue dots. I went int the rank folder and deleted all images and started over but this didnt work either.

And for ones like admiinstrator set to special, it isnt displaying right. For example I am the administrator and it should have the administration rank which has a pepper that says administrator across it. Instead, its showing some other rank image. Mods and admins are the only ones with images showing (but wrong ones). No other users have my images, they are all the blue dots.

Did you migrate Kunena by hand? Because of you need to copy /media/kunena folder to the new installation and make sure that the file permissions are correct.

PS. also go through all the category permissions as they are different in J!2.5 and just copying database breaks the access for most users.
