Solved K 2.0.2 "lost" images

I have upgrade my forum from version 1.5.7 to 2.0.2 in local on xmapp versione 1.74, I am use joomla 1.5.26 . The forum is works all except attachments and images that are not always visible in all post also correct link. I tried the install more times, I also updated to version 2.0.3 with no results.
Before the date nature everything is working correctly.

Why does this topic have "K 2.0.2" in the subject if you upgraded to K 2.0.3? I do not know if XMAP works with K 2.0.x

I have open the new topic because I have upgrade the 2.0.3 version of kunena, before you could not see no picture, now you can see some picture.
I tried several times to install from scratch, but the problem remains. I have always used xmapp for do . Give you me tips to make testing locally?

I think it's a problem of migration.

Perhaps you mean XAMPP? Here is our advice about local testing: Support for PC-hosted websites (e.g. WAMP, XAMPP) . I hope that helps.

I don't think this is just a question of upgrading but it's true that we have had questions from people who have lost images and attachments that were added when they were running really old, outdated and "buggy" versions of Kunena. K 1.5.7 was a buggy version. If these images or attachments are really important then I am sure you will find a way to recover those things.

Thank you reply, I'm sorry I was wrong write I used xampp. In some topic there are six images 3 you can see other 3 even if no correct link, for me a little 'difficult to fix everything by hand. So if I have the 1.5.7 version Kunena who have buggy can first upgrade 1.7.0 version Kunena to then go 2.0.2 version Kunena. The post are important are many. Mi dispiace se ho aperto un altro topic.

I don't recommend or use XAMPP; for me it's a complete waste of time. The only thing that XAMPP establishes is whether or not an idea might work but the actual proof of whether something will work is to have a test site that's running in the same hosted environment as your production site. Developing a site with XAMPP is not guaranteed proof that your site will actually work.

Further, you may spend more time wrestling with XAMPP than working out the solution to a problem. XAMPP problems may be a distraction from the real issues which are about whether things will work in a production environment.

It may be that you will not have the problems in your hosted environment that you now seem to have in XAMPP. Remember, XAMPP is probably using different versions of MySQL, Apache and PHP to your live site. The folder and file permissions on your XAMPP site may be different too. Different operating systems (Unix compared with Windows). I mean, XAMPP is not the same, is it?
