Solved How to unsubscribe users from topic?

You don't understand me.

User subsribed on 300 topics and then his email was deleted.

So, I as admin every day get errror messages about

invalid mailbox

Here one from this messages:

You can do several things:

(1) Ask the user to give you a working mailbox;
(2) Disable the way your site behaves so that you (as the administrator) receive failed email messages in your account;
(3) Login to the user's account yourself, and remove their subscriptions; or
(4) Disable or delete the user's account

There is no backend "unsubscribe another user's subscriptions" feature.

By going in their user profiles and in the subscriptions and by removing subscripions

Hi romagromov,

in order to unsubscribe users from topics I suggest you to do this:

1. Go to Menus -> Kunena Menu -> Add New Menu Item. For Menu Item Type select Kunena Menu - My Topics and in menu parameters for Select View choose My Subscriptions. Publish this menu Item for registered users only.

2. Go to Joomla User Manger and find your user you want to unsubscribe -> Edit this user -> insert new password twice and Save.

3. Go to Frontend of your forum and Login with credentials of this user

4. Click on My Subscriptions menu item. This will show you the list of all subscribed topics for this user

5. By using bulk actions at bottom of the list you can select all topics and unsubscribe user from them.
