Kunena 6.3.0 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.0 [K 6.3.0] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3

This category is for discussing issues with the K 2.0 Blue Eagle template.

As general background, My Joomla site template makes a mess of Kunena .

We do not answer questions about other templates for Kunena here.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Hi.
When I post a topic in Kunena it does not show all the text. The line contenious "out of the field".
But if I log out it shows it right. If I log in again it shows it wrong again.

G'day, Glenn, and welcome to Kunena.

Thank you for your question, the images that display the issue you're having, and your configuration report. From what you have written it is my understanding that your Joomla site template CSS interferes in the way that Kunena is displayed on your site - this is discussed in broad terms in the article My Joomla site template makes a mess of Kunena ; the problem you are having only occurs when you are logged in.

I would also refer you to the advice we give in the FAQs page, in particular, the section entitled "'Confidential information' - what does that mean?".

In order for us to understand which particular CSS rule is affecting the way your forum displays, I think you will agree that it's necessary (just as it's necessary for you to visualise the issue) to be able to login to your site. Do you have a test account that we can use to login to your site to visualise the issue?

Alternatively, using a different Joomla site template may resolve the matter much quicker than trying to patch the Joomla site template CSS that you're currently using which is responsible for your current problem.

I hope some of this information is helpful to you.
