Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

500 Internal Server Error was created by pakchess
I just install fresh copy of joomla 1.7 and install kunena 1.7.1.
everything works OK in back end but when i published the menu created by kunena (Forum) it shos this error

500 Internal Server Error
Fatal Error was detected!

Ok,
please enable debug in the kunena configuration.

Then the issue will be displayed.

Thanks for your reply

I have enabled debug mode set to yes in the kunena configuration settings and the error is still there but now error is changed

OK I just disable this module in kunena menu and then face another error with different module. I also disable that module too from kunena menu and now forum is opend but at the top of the page I face these two error messages

Now I think problem is with jumi. How much extensions I have to remove to get working kunena????

I have used all these extensions with kunena in my joomla 1.5.22 website with the same template and where it runs smoothly without any problem.

and now in joomla 1.7 I installed same template and extension and facing errors one by one

Looks like Janews featured module isn't working in Joomla 1.7 (the fatal error has nothing to do with Kunena) -- new Joomla just doesn't load as many files automatically as it did before.

Notices in your last message are also bugs in Jumi and have nothing to do with Kunena. You can usually hide the messages by disabling debug both from Joomla and Kunena.
