Merged [Resolved] Fatal Error: Access to undeclared static property

ok i solved it. After talking to my isp i got them to set me as the user to give permissions. I changed the line of code and that solved the problem

I don't know if this is a case of I have the same problem ... but, that's right: you are not allowed to post messages into a section. You can only post messages into a category.

This is explained in Sections, Categories, sub-categories (Part 1) .

Yeah I added few categories under Main Forum..and its working fine..registered users are able to post their comment.
Does that mean everytime Admin has to add categories and Registered users cant add the topics of their own ??

Any suggestion on the following error.I get this one when I submit the post.though post do gets published under thread but..after submitting it I do get a error

The error was detected in the Kunena Component.

I've split this topic from the original one. The static property problem was, I understand, fixed in K 1.7.1.
