Question Creating a rules's page in the forum

How can I create a page with the rules and edit it so that it opens in the forum when you click the "rules"?

In Joomla make a page with content/article abd write down your rules.
Note the Id of the content page.
Go to Kunena backend config an add the Id to the field: "ContentID to help page".

You could not write in more detail? on a specific example. I have little to do so.

Not understand what I write in the "Rules Content ID".
I created a page with the rules in joomla but it opens in a separate window. But I need to view the forum inside.

Not sure how much more simple to make it.
1-Go to Joomla
2-Create a new article
3-Write up your rules
4-Make note of the article's ID number
5-Go back to Kunena config.
6-Enter that ID number in the rules config section.

Ok. I know what's what! It appeared that the Rules Content ID needed to write simple ID number of article 99 and I go to write the address of the type of article Rules Content ID ... index.php? Option = com_content & sectionid =- 1 & task = edit & cid [] = 99 that was wrong. Thank you. Kunena is best!
