Question Kunena and jomsocial private messages

Hello. I've been playing around with jomsocial and the new Kunena that was just released and was having a blast. Just a quick question for you guys that I hope I didn't overlook in my searches in this forum. When we use jomsocial and the private messaging program we want to integrate with, where would forum users be shown they have new messages? Are users shown with the forum if someone sends them a message through jomsocual?

That has not been implemented to Kunena, yet. You need to use some 3rd party plugin or module to show the new posts.

Right now, you will only see you have new messages in your jomsocial profile, so you will see it also in kunena profile (being same )

I believe there is a jomsocial module that offers a brief user hello type thing, which shows if they have messages. You may be able to publish that module to show users they have messages. Please let us know!
