Since X (previously Twitter) has made paid the usage of their API (100$/month just for the basic plan), we are thinking to remove from Kunena the possibility to integrate tweets into messages and to replace by something else (BlueSky, Threads...). Kunena still using th V1 of X API and it's deprecated now, it should be moved to V2 but Kunena hasn't the means to pay that.

Please answer the poll to know what should be done on this Kunena feature.

P.S. : if you don't know blueskyapp is very similar to X, i never used Threads

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

Mastodon user myself :)
But that as a side note: I think that this functionality should be 'stripped' from Kunena and that this should be implemented via e.g. a kunena plugin. That way we keep Kunena lean and mean and easily extensible where extension developers can do their part for added functionality.
I think that Kunena would benefit from that. Just a thought, will also follow up on Github on this.
