This category is meant for people to provide feedback about
Kunena (the product) - to ask general questions about the plans of the Kunena project, for example, or make comments about what happens (in general terms) about the activities on this website. The point I'm trying to make is that there are other categories that deal with questions for help about problems that people may be having with their own installation of
Kunena.
Our job here is to help people use the
standard Kunena package. Occasionally this means that people may need to adapt their website so that
Kunena will sit "nicely" on their site. This is a self-help community-driven forum. Our task is not only to help people use the standard
Kunena package, our role is also to provide information that helps others adapt and grow
Kunena in ways that might also benefit the community. The whole community is engaged in these activities. This is a really big job.
If people have made certain "customisations" to the
Kunena product they also need to accept that we can't always help if we don't know what they've done, to what extent they've changed the standard
Kunena product or, for that matter, what specific version of
Kunena they're using.
