The Kunena "username" is something installed into the SQL table during the installation. The cost of fixing the installation procedure is probably not worth it (unless you wanted to make a donation to the project to cover the development costs). If you really want to, you can change this by editing the SQL. Personally I wouldn't bother making the change.

Replied by sozzled on topic Kunena sample data
Actually, what makes for a really worthwhile discussion is what kind of sample data should be installed with new installations of Kunena?

We've has a few discussions off-line about useful messages that could be created with fresh installations of Kunena. One thought was to describe how to create new sections and categories for first-time users. Another thought was to describe how to setup a help page. In other words, the sample data would also act as a kind of tutorial for new users.

The difficulty was in making the time to create this sample data. If anyone would like to suggest a simple way of showing first-time users how to better get Kunena running on their websites, we would be most grateful. B)
