Question 3 question before install

I want install an integrated forum for joomla, but i need 3 reponse if possible:
1- can i import a feed with topic creation for every single feed?
2- it will be released a version for joomla 1.6?
3 there are the possibilities to have automatic notification when a user post a new topic?

From what I have read (I don't remember where, but somewhere on this site) Kunena 1.6 will be compatible with Joomla 1.6. I recall reading something that the Kunena team has worked with the Joomla 1.6 team to make Kunena 1.6 work with Joomla 1.6.

I don't know about your other two questions.

2- it will be released a version for joomla 1.6? As you would be aware, Joomla 1.6 has not fully stabilised yet and making sure that Kunena 1.6 would work with J! 1.6 has been a bit like trying to hit a moving target. I cannot say for certain if K 1.6 works 1005% with J! 1.6 because I have not tested K 1.6 with J! 1.6. Perhaps someone else who has tried these two things together can tell us.
