Bulk upload questions to forum was created by gamermaven
We're starting a new forum and want to give it a kickstart with some homemade questions and answers.
Anyone know of a fast way to upload some questions and answers?
Thanks - JoC

G'day, JoC, and welcome to Kunena.
That's an interesting question "How to populate your Kunena forum with bunch of already prepared questions and answer topics". Actually, this is a subject dear to my heart.
In my discussions with the developers, I've actually been asked the very same thing, too! :whistle: As part of the K 1.6 project, can we have some ready-made "how-tos" that will help users get up-and-running faster with Kunena.
So, at the risk of appearing to hijack your discussion, I wonder if we could broaden it a little bit to ask: What kinds of Q & A topics should be included in an initial installation of Kunena? Perhaps, when other users give their ideas of what could go into this area we can make some headway. I'm happy to help with some of the writing and I know the developers would be keen to incorporate some of these suggestions as part of the K 1.6 installation kit!
Before I suggest a few topics of what I have in mind, perhaps you would like to share with us your thoughts? Then we can really get the ball rolling! :woohoo:

This is a very good idea. For sure a topic explaining actions within a forum.
How to make a post, how to behave, how to edit, explanation for buttons in text editor,
image upload, explain mod tools, and .... with a option what you want to add from the
sample data by checkbox.
Hope this will be implemented

I've made a mini-guide for my users.
Would you like me to share it as example?
Background: in a left menu called "User applications" I've created a couple of entries pointing to various forum areas.
So here's the mini-guide, directly from my site, translated in English:
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
So so so, I've done a few field tests and I've seen a bunch of cute functionalities which you may or may not already know, therefore I thought I would gather them all in this mini-guide:
- in order to see discussions sorted by new interventions without categories, click in the left menu "User applications" on "Forum - Recent discussions"
- in order to see all discussions in which sooner or later you had your say, click in the left menu "User applications" on "Forum - Own discussions";
- in order to see discussions you set as favorites, click in the left menu "User applications" on "Forum - Favorite discussions";
- in order to edit your own signature or other information shown in posts (e.g. gender and website), click in the left menu "User applications" on "Forum - Profile";
- in order to perform searches throghout the forum, click in the left menu "User applications" on "Forum - Search";
- if you wish to enter text that must be visible only to registered users, regardless of permissions set in the category you're writing to, just enclose it between hide[b and /hide[b.
Example:
Part of the message is hidden for the guests. Please log in or register to see it.
- if you wish to enter test that must be visible to moderators only, just enclose it between confidential[b and /confidential[b
Example:
- if you wish to enter monospace text, particularly useful to enter lines of numbers or lines of codes, just enclose it between code[b and /code[b
Example:
- if you wish to enter text that must not be immediately readable by anyone, just like a caution, e.g. when you have to speak about something not known by everybody yet (e.g. the ending of a movie already watched by Jack but not by Joe yet), just enclose it between spoiler[b and /spoiler[b.
The message "Warning: spoiler!" will be shown, and users will need to purpotedly click it if they're really sure they want to read.
