Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Hello,
I am creating a website for young people where they can express their views without their piers being able to reply.

This is moderated and that works fine. Each user logs in to their area through Community Builder works fine, but I would like to have the forum one way, that is registered users should not be able to reply to each other to prevent bullying, only managers and above should have access to reply.

I would also like their stories and views to be visible to all on the open site.


Is there a way to do this?

Yes, there is, but currently only by modifying code. I've done it few times for my own site (buy/sell).

Thank you for responding. We have decided to allow replying because the forum is moderated anyways.

I will keep this in mind if I do need this in the future.
