Question [HTTP 500] Errors when trying to post messages at www.kunena.org

when i tried to submit a message i sometimes get this error on Kunena,org

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I would like to use this opportunity to reassure all members of the community that the issue has nothing to do with the Kunena forum software used on this site or that may be used on your site or on any other person's website. The problem is caused by a server feature that we are trying to fix.

The issue arises intermittently and the error occurs depending on the content of the message being posted at the time but, for 99.5% of the time, most people never experience it.

However, to those who have had this problem happen, on behalf of the whole Kunena team, I offer this unconditional apology for what we see as an unacceptably poor service to the community. We hope to have this problem fixed as soon as possible.
