1. How can I download the latest SVN version (fox emaple the today released Build 1038)

The latest SVN is not available publicly as it has not been tested. We want to be able to have a look at it prior to releasing it to the wild. If you would like to help test, see the sticky post in the testing forum.

Yes, tou can find latest build in our SVN.

What you can't find is the devolopers build, before pushing a build out, we spend some time using it in our own sites (including this one) to see how it goes, so we can minimize the damage to your sites if some problem arise
