Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

yuep, we concentrate in core, and then plugins may come... or not, maybe we have to code them later, but with a good and easy base...

What I miss kunena missing from bigger boards and what's my biggest ocncern to fix, is usability, both for the user and for the administration part. For example, smiley administration is a crap, having to come across 3 screens to be able to post a new thread... thinkgs like that... is where I find my loved IPB far superior to kunena, for hte nifty templates and profiles... templates may come eventually, profiles... we have great erxtensions for them in joomla don't we? ;)

I've used phpBB, Fireboard and others. In my opinion, you are already competing with the "big" boards. For me it comes down to user experience, admin tools and support. You all are doing fine by me in all of those areas!

Judging by what I'm seeing, I'm sure some users will come up with some stuff on their own and share it!! This is what makes this AWESOME!
