Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Ich habe jetzt mehrfach eine neue Testversion auf localhost angelegt. Die Datenbankdaten für das Forum nehme ich aus dem aktuellen Joomla 3.10.3 und dort ist bei Tools/Diagnostics kein Fehler vorhanden.
Wenn ich diese Daten in den Testversionen importiere und dann Kunena 6.0.0-BETA5 oder 6.0.0-BETA6-DEV installiere, habe ich jedesmal in Kunena Dashboard Tools/Diagnostics den Fehler "userAvatarOrphaned TEST FAILED 6 issues".
Mit FIX ISSUES ist dann alles OK.

Das ist nicht schlimm, es werden verwaiste Datenbankeinträge angezeigt. Das bedeutet, dass bei manchen Benutzern die Avartars nach der Migration nicht mehr vorhanden sind, welche in der Datenbank eingetragen sind. Wenn jetzt z.B. ein Benutzer kein eigenes Avatar verwendet hat und stattdessen das Standard-Avatar von Bootstrap 2 angezeigt wurde, ist es nach der Migration nicht mehr vorhanden, da in Kunena 6.0 Bootstrap 2 und 3 Symbole entfernt wurden.
Mit einem Klick auf FIX ISSUES werden diese unnötigen Einträge entfernt.
