Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised third-party extensions (e.g. JomSocial, Community Builder, etc.) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.

This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.

The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, the ideas in these topics may not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

Kunena forum intergration with CB problem was created by asura
im new with both kunena and CB.

i follow steps from docs.kunena.com/index.php/Integration_Ku...nd_Community_Builder for Integration Kunena and Community Builder.

however i got stuck at the last step. I can not choose 'Community Builder' from drop-down list for 'Avatars', 'Profiles and User List' and 'Login and Registration' :unsure:

Hello,

I advise you to upgrade to kunena 1.6.0 stable and to update community builder to 1.2.3

The doc that you have mentionned in message is for k1.5 and not for k1.6
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

You cannot use CB 1.2.2 with K 1.6 - it just won't work! You need CB 1.2.3.

solution is i need to upgrade my Kunena to 1.6 stable and CB 1.2.3

if possible ..can u give me a link to a tutotial on how to upgrade both Kunena and CB. Thanks a lot guys. U save me

For Kunena upgrade: See Kunena 1.6.0 Read Me . For a 2-second tutorial, see the image I posted in msg #5 in Seem to have mysteriously lost some messages during upgrade to K 1.6 . Basically, press the green button and 30 seconds later your Kunena is upgraded.
