Kunena 7.0.9 & Kunena 6.4.14 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.9 [K 7.0.9] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x./6.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised third-party extensions (e.g. JomSocial, Community Builder, etc.) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.

This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.

The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, the ideas in these topics may not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

Hi folks,

When I use AlphaUserPoints to see an integrated account with Kunena, it shows the AUP profile on its own page outside the kunena tabs. So I wonder how to get to make it shows into Kunena tabs (Below them)?
Is that possible? How to achieve that?

It should work by default if you enable AUP profile integration. Another way is to add menu item to it..

Hi Matias, unfortunately mine it isn't. Check the image bellow.



It is set to integrate the profile with AUP, has the Menu Item for profile (User points account layout) and when clicking on Profile (Perfil) tab, it mounts the AUP profile page in its own page without the tabs, with a link like that:

we answered this for you witrh the uddleim question:

This is NOT possible with out alot of messing about moving menu locations and recoding template to allow you to do this because AUP and Kunena are 2 seperate components, so they dont interact like you are asking.

so in short this is not a bug or something missing, and is not possible to do without alot of work.

Ah, now I got it. So, they're in different components, It means that the tabs code are into Kunena code, to make it happens I should need the tab code into the UddeIM code files, right? So, it is a job for the UddeIM developers. :0)

nope neither set of devs will add this it can only be done by using a custom joomla template.
