Kunena 7.0.6 & Kunena 6.4.12 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.6 [K 7.0.6] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the twelfth version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised third-party extensions (e.g. JomSocial, Community Builder, etc.) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.

This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.

The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, the ideas in these topics may not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

I think this is a possible bug, not 100% sure though:-

If you have Kunena and JS (Beta 1.7.15), in integration mode, login in with FB connect in JS and then you go to the forum, you'll see the words "Welcome, xxxxx" where "xxxx" is your actual FB password being displayed and not your username.

I've tried this here too with the same results. It could be a JS (Beta 1.7.15) FB Connect bug which is why I'm saying I'm not sure this is 100% Kunena bug.

Found the problem - after some exchange with FB folks, it has to do with my FB account itself. Its an old account so there were issues with the fields.
