Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.

This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.

The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, these ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

Question Moderator buttons disappeared?

Hi,

Installed the poll hack. Works beautifully, thank you.

But one problem...... my moderator buttons have gone bye-bye. Move/Sticky have seemed to have gone kaput in mid-air ever since the installation of the polls hack.

What's the code for move/sticky so I can manually add the functions back in?

Like what do I put?

Code:
<a href="/forums/post_sticky.php">Sticky</a>

for example?

Please change the discussion subject to "I installed the opinion polls hack and now my moderator buttons have disappeared". The current subject makes it look like you want help because a basic feature of Kunena is not working properly. I realise that you posted your topic in the right category but every little bit helps ;)

This is also a duplicate posting of something else you wrote.

I'm sorry, I know nothing about the opinion polls hack, whether or not it affects the moderator buttons (but I would doubt that it would) or how to fix your problem ... except to suggest that you go back to what you had before to see if your moderator buttons still work. Does that make sense to you?

EDIT: I also saw in the main discussion thread about the opinion polls hack that xillibit has not kept the information up-to-date since K 1.5.6 (maybe I misread him?) but he has offered some workarounds for K 1.5.8.
