The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.
This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.
The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, these ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.
It looks like you're including some javascript and css from another part of your site - this shouldn't be on the xml feed. Check in your admin panel and try to disable it or exclude it from all pages (just where it's needed).
In addition, I've made some minor updates to the script to help with newer versions of Kunena. I'll attach it to my first post.

Is this just for Joomla 1.5+? My Joomla 1.0.15 and Kunena 1.0.11 install creates an error with the new RSS file.
I either get :
Fatal error: Class 'JFactory' not found in /components/com_kunena/lib/kunena.rss.php on line 690
from the kunena-20090616-2.zip.
or :
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class smile in /components/com_kunena/template/default/smile.class.php on line 31

You are correct - that code for Joomla 1.5. I've updated the script to include two versions of the file - one for Joomla 1.0.x and one for Joomla 1.5.x. The Joomla 1.0.x has less functionality (the user cannot select which categories to get a feed from) but other than that is identical to the Joomla 1.5 version. Give this a try and let me know how it works. The download is available in the first post.
