Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.

This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.

The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, these ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

ok here is the plugin for CB 1.2 STABLE!

Just unzip and replace with original files.....
these 3 files must be uploaded to:

root_directory/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbsimpleboardtab/

this plugin doesnt respect the access level of forum categories :(

I have a forum category set to Editor level, so that only editors and above can view the forum category, however this CB plugin shows the topic titles to registered users (not sure if it allows them to view the actual topic forgot to test that).

But the title can give away alot as they are about moderating troublesome members.

Is there a fix for this?
still wish that i can write my forum signature through a jomsocial plugin and do it from my jomsocial profile :(

Hello,

I don't know if it is the same, but tonywoodhouse made a great rewrite of the simpleboardtab which fix some CSS issue (complete table as tableheader...)...

I gather it doesn't allow all elements of the Kunena profile (signature, personal text) to be cahanged from within the CB profile - meaning that to use it deprives users of the ability to change these fields without a workaround.
