Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.

This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.

The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, these ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

Our plugin system is just a directory with files, so plugins need always code changes in other files. But what you can do is to move your own code to it's own file and just call your functions from post.pph and message.php

I like Kunena discuss plugin J1.5 NATIVE very much and I would be very glad if this plugin could completely replace Joomla!comment. (No offence to Joomla!comment! I liked it very much too!)

Why to have seperate comment systems if you could have one :cheer: .

Is it possible to have similar layout as Joomlacomment. I mean: can the plugin create a forum-item in an article. I would like to see the full forum-categorie under an article.

If so, how to do???

Thanks!!!

Hmmm... So do I understand correctly that to write a spam filter I have to change post.php?

All I need is a clean way to look at the message and subject before it is actually posted.

Thanks,
