Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.
The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.
This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.
This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.
The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, these ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

Thanks for the great info. However, when I made these changes it altered the tables where the reply icons are above and below as well as the message box. I also lost the left forum border. Any ideas how to fix this easily?

My problem in the above pics looks like something you could figure out in a snap.
I looked at the two boxes in the message.php that I think are causing the problems and made fixes, but no change to overall layout. It appears that the setting for "New Thread" and "Merge" needs to be made smaller and the other reply button box made much larger. Same on the box below and then setting up a parameter for the view message pane.
Any ideas?
