I have existing kunena forum wit about 30k posts and other old SMF2 forum with over 300k posts I would like to merge them into one. Is it possible with this importer? If yes how should I set options?

Unfortunately we do not currently support migrating data into existing forum. The issue is very hard to solve so that it works in most cases. So while I know how to do it, implementing would take a lot of time -- which is not something we have at this point.
