The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Eventlist integration? was created by Vlad the Impostor
Do I take it from the lack of conversation on this point that there isn't (yet) a way of getting the Kunena discussbot to show on Eventlist event pages? It doesn't appear to be working here on K1.6.4.
Presumably it's actually a problem with any pages that are autogenerated?
I'll start having a look at a solution/fix, unless someone can point me to where it's already been done (wheels, re-inventing, and all that).
Regards
Vlad

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

Hello,
Actually, Kunena discuss plugin can manage comments only for Joomla! articles, maybe at some point we extended for others components

Is there some structural reason for that, or just that's what you've coded for so far?

But, seriously, as much as people may want Kunena to interact with lots of other Joomla extensions (and Kunena does integrate with some other Joomla extensions) and as much as people may expect that Kunena does or will integrate with lots of other Joomla extensions, the reality is that many of these assignments require the collaboration of the authors of those other extensions working with the Kunena development team.
Until (and unless) other developers are interested in this collaborative effort, and unless other developers are prepared to work with the Kunena project, the Kunena Discuss plugin cam only operate to the extent that xillibit wrote. It's not an issue about what has been coded so far. The question is more about the way that other components are structured. I hope this helps you better understand the situation.

When you think about it, the structure of Joomla articles is a little different to the structure of "eventlist" event pages ... (when I looked at the JED , there are several different "eventlist" components)Vlad the Impostor wrote: Is there some structural reason for that, or just that's what you've coded for so far?

That "working with" was what I was trying to start towards here.
As I said, I'll have a look at the code and see what I can do.
