Question Converted plugin to Joomla 1.6, can i share it?

Hello Kunena users and developers,

First of all a BIG thanks to the developers for creating such a great forum component for Joomla, and for the fast Joomla 1.6 support... still cannot get the forum in Dutch but that's another thing...

The Kunena Discuss plugin version 1.6.2 written by the great Kunena Team is only working on joomla 1.5, this is because in Joomla 1.6 there where made some changes to the core API.

At this time of writing, there is no official compatible version out, so i decided to convert it myself, and luckaly it is now working on my Joomla 1.6 website. I am also working on the Kunena latest topics module.

My question is, would it be allowed for me to share this modified version, i only changed the API calls and did no further changing or add new functionality.. also no credits where added.

Yes, you can put modified files into K.org.

But I would rather work with you. We are still working to get Kunena 1.6.4 fully J1.6 compatible, but having all the modules and plugins released at the same time would be really something!
