The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. HELP - discuss bot won't create a new topic in the forum
I have Kunena RC3 and the latest discuss bot installed.
i have discuss bot configured this way:
topic owner is blank
category mapping is blank
default forum category is 4
allow content categories is 0
allow custom topics is set to no
what i want is to put a tag on all my blog entries so that a new topic is posted into category 4 the first time someone comments on a specific blog entry.
the tag looks like this: {kunena_discuss:topic_number} which doesn't make sense if a topic for that particular blog doesn't exist yet and you want it to be created automatically. What am I doing wrong? How do I code the tag properly?
As I understand it, with such a setting you don't need to put any tag in your articles. Discuss bot should automatically create a topic under the designed category for the comments of each article.
