Kunena Discuss is a plugin that integrates with Joomla articles and the Kunena forum component. Your website does not use the Kunena forum component.

If you want to discuss Joomla articles on a Kunena forum you need to install Kunena (as your forum) and then you can use the Kunena Discuss plugin. I hope that answers your question.
