Question Solved - Multiple posts opened in forum for the same article?

I cannot see why this is happening. I had an article that published on my site last Monday and it appears that every time someone opens the article a new post is added to the forum. It used to work fine.

I upgraded to CB 1.8 recently, and I am not sure if that caused this to start or not.
I also changed to using .htaccess with SH404SEF instead of without.
I also simplified the forum structure down from the 200+ sub-categories that existed to around 11.

I disabled the KD Plugin and deleted one of the duplicated posts. I then clicked on the article link in the front end. Nothing happened. I then enabled the plugin and repeated the process and it created a new forum post.

Here are the settings in the KD Plugin:
Category Mapping: 9,4;10,5;11,6;16,225;17,226;18,227;
Allowed Categories: 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18
Kunena Discuss 1.7.1 running on Joomla 2.5.1, Kunena 1.7.2 [Omega], CB 1.8.

Has anyone else run into an issue like this where it repeats? I saw one post where the repeat posting appeared to happen when the item was created and it caused server errors. It did not sound the same, as this allows the creation, it just does not seem to register that it has been created.

I missed an upgrade to KD 1.7.2. It is working now.
