Hi, I am almost there but I keep getting the following error in posting to articles:

"Fatal error: Access to undeclared static property: KunenaAccessJoomla16::$viewLevels in .../administrator/components/com_kunena/libraries/integration/joomla16/access.php on line 127"

I have just downloaded and installed Kunena 1.7 and Discuss 1.7 and they are running on Joomla! 1.7

Lots of 1.6 messages in the above error message, but both the Forum and the Discuss plug-in report their versions as 1.7

The error occurs following posting a comment on an article. The comment is posted to the right topic in the forum but the browser shows the error as stated above.

If I press back on the browser and refresh the page then the comment, as received in the forum topic, is displayed as it should.

Any suggestions please?

Rich,

Thank you so very much for the quick reply. Adding "static" did the trick. Thank you again, Bob
