I have closed the other topic because it start to be messed-up, so to start to play with this improved dev version of Kunena discuss plugin, you need to replace some files in kunena itself, start by download and intalling the Kunena discuss plugin :

Please donwload latest versions in : joomlacode.org/gf/project/kunena/frs/

Unfortunately xillibit when installing pluging from first post and uploading extracted components via FTP the plugin has no function! I now can't even see debug messages or anything else! Seems like the plugin doesn't work now. I see no quick reply, no Link, no debug, no errors. Simply nothing! Doesn't matter what I change in plugin settings there is nothing...

Yes, there is something which check the kunena build that you are using and allow you to use the plugin or not.

I have updated the first post ^. I have added something when you disable the quick form, you will see a link to go to the topic into kunena.

I installed the latest plugin on a new joomla installation with the latest kunena...

The "Discuss this item on the forums (0 replies)." link shows this:
http://localhost/testing_kunena/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view &catid=2&id=0&Itemid=53

And I still get: An invalid post ID was requested.
Just to clarify that this happens only the first time that somebody wants to comment on an article. If the article has already some comments it is working fine.

Shouldn't it be something like:
http://localhost/testing_kunena/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=post &do=new&catid=2&Itemid=56 ?

By using this fix:
www.kunena.com/forum/180-kunena-discuss-...it=10&start=90#67917 quick reply thread creation works fine :)
The link topic creation still doesn't work though :(

Link topic creation doesn't work for me when I am not logged in! And when using quick reply topic then I get the errors seen in the following pic:

But what is frustrating me is that when I am logged in and using link-to-post-topic-creation then there are created 372 topics in my forum category! What the hell is happening?? See pic:

The quick reply form works fine now! Thanks!
The link however now is not shown at all! Instead of a link I get this:
"The topic in Kunena isn't created yet, please write a reply"
