Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Themen, die in diesen Bereich verschoben wurden, gelten allgemein als beendet. Falls es dazu noch zusätzliche Fragen gibt, können diese gestellt werden.
Aber diese alten Themen sollten auf keinen Fall wieder auferstehen, um neue Probleme zu erörtern. Eröffnet dazu bitte ein eigenes neues Thema.

Hi Lintzy,

der Grund für diesen Beitrag ist, dass ich auf diesen Thread antworten wollte. Nachdem ich aber vorher bei meiner englischen Kunena Installation nachgesehen habe, hab ich festgestellt, dass dort bei Publisher Schluss ist (siehe screen).

Erst wenn man die deutsche Sprachdatei installiert, kann man dort auf höhere Ränge zugreifen und somit ein Forum für "nur Administratoren" erstellen. Ist dies bekannt?

Ich wollte auch schon ein Tutorial darüber schreiben, allerdings ist das Ganze im Moment zu verwirrend. Und funktioniert auch noch nicht richtig, wenn du z.B. irgendeine Gruppe gewählt hast, kannst du sie nicht mehr abwählen im Frontend - also nicht im Nachhinein auf die Gruppen > Manager umstellen.

Eigenartig, zwischen Puplisher und darunter hin und her switchen, das funktioniert bei mir schon.
Aber trotzdem, was wurde beim german Sprachpaket verändert, dass es damit anstandslos funktioniert?

Jetzt habe ich etwas herum gespielt. Mit dem german Sprachpaket gibt es keine Probleme. Eine vorläufige Notlösung wäre:
das german Sprachpaket installieren,
anschließend die Sprache und alle User auf englisch umstellen (geht mit einem Rutsch)
dann bliebe nur noch das Kunena Backend auf deutsch, aber alles andere funktioniert.


Übr.: wenn man nur die kunena.english.php mit der german.php tauscht, funktioniert auch alles. Da dürfte dann wohl dort der Fehler zu finden sein.
